Belangrijkste uitkomst is een verhoging van 10% van het minimumloon in de particuliere sector. Ambtenaren uit de publieke sector krijgen tevens een salarisverhoging van ongeveer honderd euro per maand. Voorafgaande aan het akkoord waren weken lange onderhandelingen geweest. De verhoging gebeurd in twee fasen. De eerste +5% is in januari 2025 gepland, de tweede in 2026.
