In de jaren zestig en zeventig was Tanger een uitvalsbasis voor westerse kunstenaars en schrijvers van de beatgeneratie, onder wie de Amerikaanse schrijver Paul Bowles. De documentaire is 93 minuten lang en gaat in première op het IDFA 2025 Festival in Nederland.
