    Rapport UNESCO (juni 2014):
    Het aantal kinderen die nooit naar school gaan is tussen 2003 en 2013 gedaald als gevolg van introductie onderwijs in moedertaal :

    ”Increasing attention to ethnic and linguistic minorities. Progress towards UPE inevitably hinges on including children from marginalised populations, especially ethnic and linguistic minorities. Reforms to strengthen the teaching of mother tongue languages in primary schools have increased access. Morocco introduced the teaching of Amazigh in primary schools in 2003. The percentage of children who had never been to school fell from 9% in 2003 to 4% in 2009.”
